Refund policy
At KINDSOULINDIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy as follows:
Return Eligibility:
- RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE ONLY FOR SLIP ON STYLES - HEELS , BACK CLOSED & back Elastic products WILL NOT BE APPLICABLE FOR RETURNS !
- ONLY SLIP ON MOJARIS would exchanged for size , rest any customized mojari (with HEELS , ELASTIC , back closed mojaris ) would not be EXCHANGED .
So kindly refer the SIZE CHART CAREFULLY before ordering . - The company is not going to arrange for any return pick up services, you have to arrange on your own , if any damage to the product , the company is not liable for any RETURNS/ REFUNDS .
- Returns are accepted within 5 working days from the date of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kindsoul.india@gmail.com within 5 working days of receiving the product.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Please ensure that the product is securely packaged for return shipping.
- Our return policy ensures timely resolutions. If you wish to return an item, kindly notify us upon receipt. We appreciate your promptness in initiating returns. However, if the return process is delayed beyond one week from the date of receipt, we may not be able to accept the return. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refund Policy:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Please note that the cost of the product will not be refunded. However, you can use the refunded amount to purchase another product of the same value from our store.
- If the product is found to be eligible for return, we will process your refund within [15] days.
Exclusions:
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at returns@kindsoulindia.com.
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs, upon return of the damaged or defective item.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any article on SALE is not liable to exchange / returns / refund
Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. KINDSOULINDIA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
